1. Achieve business and financial objectives and drive the growth of Forest Essentials business on Amazon.in.

2. Build and execute on a strategic account plan that delivers on key business opportunities for Forest Essentials on Amazon. Track metrics and their performance and provide actionable insights basis those metrics.

3. Conduct deep dive analysis and provide routine executive-level reporting on Forest Essentials current business and future opportunities. Publish recommendations and action plans based on data.

4. Responsible for week-on-week, quarter-on-quarter and year-on-year growth of Forest Essentials business on Amazon

5. Identify opportunities to improve the Outright as well as Marketplace business through scalable solutions and manage the roll-out of these solutions

6. Conduct deep dives on a regular basis to understand root causes of performance related challenges and suggest as well as implement actions to accelerate growth

7. Work closely with marketing and supply chain (internal and external) teams to identify category specific growth opportunities

8. Managing the seller relationship by championing Forest Essentials needs at Amazon. Build strong communication channels at all levels of the Channel Partner organization, set proper expectations, provide clear status communications, and manage the growth plan.

9. Drive new product launches and relationship extensions by partnering with the business development and onboarding teams.

10. Work with Amazon to improve operational aspects of Forest Essentials business in providing a great consumer experience.

11. Providing thought leadership around planning, roadmaps, and execution

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS & PREREQUISITES

1. Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Commerce or B.Sc/B.Tech

2. 2-3 years of experience in key account management with substantial experience in handling Amazon

3. Experience in retail or eCommerce business either with a brand or a marketplace

4. Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business by the numbers. Must be metrics driven.

5. Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts simply

7. Strong analytical skills (including advanced excel and database analysis) and experience solving analytical problems. Experience with various Amazon dashboards such as Pi, AMS,

Vendor Central and Seller central is a must.

8. Ability to drive successful projects with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels.

9. Motivation and decision-making in a highly dynamic environment

10. Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment

11. Highly organised and results oriented

12. Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly. Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions oriented.
