Assistant Manager - Performance Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for setting the overall performance marketing and acquisition strategy, including planning, budgeting, reporting and execution across channels.
- Manage all efforts and goals on digital paid media: SEM, Display, Affiliate, Paid Social, Direct buys, etc. Serve as the strategic lead for programmatic display.
- Independently launch and optimise all pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to improve ROAS to meet the business objectives.
- Create and implement a digital marketing strategy to drive awareness, traffic, conversions and revenue.
- Own & deliver on user growth target. Scale acquisition of high LTV users while maintaining efficiency on CACs and CPTs.
- Drive marketing programs that are highly targeted basis content affinity of relevant segmented audience cohorts.
- Set up attribution models, multi-channel tracking and develop robust performance reporting framework, analytics, and ROI tracking for our digital channels to continually optimize and improve our marketing investments.
- Drive marketing effectiveness through continuous A/B testing, innovation using different platforms and new products/formats, active co-creation and planning.
Desired Profile :
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience with digital media; preferably on the agency side or on an e-commerce website.
- Experience in handling large-scale campaign planning, optimization for both performance and brand impact.
- Have a strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, & Google Analytics.
- Varied industry exposure in running PPC, Affiliates, and Display campaigns.
- Working knowledge of Google marketing platform solutions (e.g. Display & Video 360, Google Data Studio, Google Optimise etc.) would be preferred.
- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Tableau etc.).
- Working knowledge of Amazon Advertising & Microsoft Advertising (formerly Bing Ads) is a plus.
- Have prior experience of working with affiliate partners.
- Proven marketing experience and working with the creative and content team to get high performing creatives.
- Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition with flawless day-to-day campaign execution.
- A data-driven, analytical mindset with the determination to get to the bottom of problems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to carry out tasks independently, and with the larger team to meet tight deadlines
