Job purpose: Accountable for insights related to business performance vs. technology performance and its co-relation; annual operating plan budgets vs. spend analytics
Key responsibilities / deliverables:
1. Establish and maintain mechanisms for assessing technology performance and its co-relation to business performance; on a periodic basis, share insights with wider stakeholder community across the company
2. Establish mechanism to gather competitive intelligence, assess and report the same to technology community on a periodic basis;
3. Assess technology planning related cost optimisation opportunities and take them from concept to fruition – e.g. opportunities related to procurement, waste removal, alternative planning/deployment models;
4. Govern and maintain “demand” management process and analytics related to performance vs. forecasted demand;
5. Accountability for all technology planning related business case development and management;
6. Establish and maintain mechanisms to assess “value” to the company through ICR / alternative arrangements with partner operators – e.g. consumption vs. reservation, performance vs. promise, profitability vs. revenue, etc.
7. Assess monthly technology plans vs. execution / rollouts in circles and report gaps / fulfilment;
8. Establish mechanisms for assessing partner performance and shape/maintain vendor and products strategy;
9. Act as a custodian for Tech Planning related Policy, Standards, Procedures and Guidelines (“PSPG”) and ensure socialisation and maintenance of the same;
10. Responsible for “Functional Council” at Technology Planning level and periodic team engagement and communications;
11. Ensure periodic analytics on technology planning functional related budgets vs. spend
12. Scan global telecom developments and across Group to spot opportunities for the India business
Requirement
- Engineering Graduate plus MBA with 12-16 years of experience in analytics and developing insights preferably in a technology driven business
- CTC 28-36 lacs pa based on current compensation and experience
