Foodrool.com - Chief Technology Officer - IIT/NIT

We are looking for a CTO for a new start up to be based out of Delhi The start up is an Online to Offline (O2O) model trying to disrupt the Hospitality and Food industry. We are looking for a CTO to assist the CO FOUNDERS in building the existing product with a dynamic and intrusive approach.

We are a team of young graduates and business experts having core knowledge of the industry for the past 10 years. As food lovers we wish to disrupt the existing industry by bridging the numerous gaps existing.

We are looking for a young (or someone who thinks young and on the feet) CTO who is acclimatized with the best practises in this business (online, eCommerce and internet) with the ability to take calculated and risks to enhance the company's vision. The CTO will lead Company's technical roadmap taking into account the need to build or integrate products and platforms that appropriately balance the need for speed-to-market, scalability, and differentiation.

- A god tech guy with the ability to drink and code on the numerous platforms that exist in the market

- Eat, Eat and love to eat with the aim of creating one of the most powerful disruptions.

- The Samurai Jack as well as the Professor Xaviers of Foodrool who can create and lead the team with his extensive ability to create an impact.

- A GURU in making the model effective, updated and pre-empt getting redundant & proactively stay relevant

- Managing and directing website technical structure, design & aesthetics, navigation, information architecture, performance.

- Identifying and adopting the best of technological trends and evolving social behaviour that may support the success of the business

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field (or has equivalent work experience) + Prior Startup Exp is a Plus + Prior Development of Marketplaces is good.

- A person who has also exposure to designing products, building and leading a nerd team & has worked on multiple platforms.
