Foodoo - Business Analyst

This is a business support role where the post holder will be responsible for data management and produce analysis to support in decision-making.

Duties & responsibilities

- Collection and manages data from various sources like Production, Sales and Finance.

- Develops data analysis to support Management decision making

- Manages and improves exiting reporting system

- Prepare timely MIS reports like customer segment analysis, productivity, forecasting etc

- Prepares various dashboards, operational business analytics for review and reporting of business process efficiency/improvement initiatives.

- Timely dissemination of accurate product data and in depth analysis of city-wise sales data and on a regional level

- Prepare cost analysis

- Generate monthly sales performance reports

- Variance analysis of sales and production

- Upkeep and maintenance of various data tools/systems used

- New business opportunities analysis

- Prepare management presentation decks

Qualifications and Experience

- Management graduate/post graduate

- 2 plus years data analyst or related experience, including proficiency with analytical software or equivalent related education

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- Proficiency in statistics, data analysis, and research methods

- Demonstrated knowledge of and skill in adaptability, interpersonal relations, oral communication, problem solving and written communication

- Advanced analytical knowledge of data

- Conducting big data analysis

- Business analysis

- Advanced MS Excel, MS Access and Power Point skills
