Fonds Nikkel Consulting (www.fondsnikkel.com),a consulting firm operating in the markets of India and the Middle East. The company undertakes management consulting projects and is currently looking at scaling its business.

Please Note - We are looking for people with experience into Traditional Consulting (manufacturing industry- good to have). The Job Role requires you to travel extensively (Both India & abroad)

Responsibilities -

As a management consultant, you'll need to:

1) Carry out research and data collection to understand your Client;

2) Conduct analysis;

3) Interview the client's employees, management team and other stakeholders;

4) Run focus groups and facilitate workshops;

5) Prepare business proposals and presentations;

6) Identify issues and form hypotheses and solutions;

7) Present findings and recommendations to clients;

8) Implement recommendations/solutions and ensure the client receives the necessary assistance to carry it all out;

9) Manage projects and programs;

10) Lead and manage those within the team, including analysts;

11) Liaise with the client to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions.

12) Consultants can spend considerable time traveling to client sites in India & Abroad. As they need to be based in clients' offices, considerable time away from home may be required if the client site is not local.

Educational Qualification - Graduates from any degree discipline (business; economics; engineering; finance; mathematics; science) / B.Tech / MBA

Experience - 7 - 15 Years (Minimum 10+ Years experience working in a Management Consultancy)

Notice Period - 30 Days
