Basic Qualification - IIM graduate

4. Excellent skills in administrative work and good with computer software like MS Office, Odoo etc.

5. Work efficiently under time pressure.

6. Ability to multi-task and manage people.

8. Possess a strong interpersonal relationship with clients.

9. Customer-oriented approach

10. Good presentation skills.

11. Willingness to travel extensively in India and Abroad

Experience - Post IIM, 3-4 Years work experience.

Responsibilities in detail:

Fonds Nikkel Consulting (www.fondsnikkel.com) is aconsulting firm operating in the markets of India and the Middle east. The company undertakes management consulting projects and is currently looking at scaling its business.

As a Senior Consultant you'll need to:

1. Carry out research and data collection to understand the organization;

2. Conduct analysis;

3. Interview the client's employees, management team and other stakeholders;

4. Prepare business proposals and presentations;

5. Identify issues and form hypotheses and solutions;

6. Present findings and recommendations to clients;

7. Implement recommendations/solutions and ensure the client receives the necessary assistance to carry it all out;

8. Manage projects and programs;

9. Lead and manage those within the team, including analysts;

10. Liaise with the client to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions.

11. Consultants can spend considerable time travelling to client sites in India & Abroad.

Salary - 15 -16 L PA
