We are currently hiring for Chief Financial Officer.

Educational Qualification - CA, B.com/ B.com Accounts & Finance

Technical Skills-

In-depth knowledge of : 

- Financial Planning and Strategy

- Developing Budgets

- Managing Profitability

- Financial Controls & Accounting Procedures

- Corporate Finance

- Strategic Planning

- Oman Tax Structure and Banking Regulations

- Proficient in ERP and MS Office

Experience -

1. Min 10 years of Industry Experience especially into a Manufacturing Industry, At least 2 years of experience should have been in a Senior Position in Accounts or Finance

2. Should have led a Team

3. Should have personally worked on preparing and filing Annual Financial Reports

- Taxation & Regulatory Requirements

- Funding Growth

- Managing Capital

- Governance, Risk and Compliance

- Strategic Inputs to CEO

Responsibilities in Detail :

- Developing effective Annual Business Plans; Cash Flow Plans and oversee its effective implementation

- Monitoring financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.

- Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance

- Directing all aspects of financing and accounting operations, overseeing all transactions related to general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll and financial reporting.

- Providing strategic guidance around capital financing options to support company growth needs

- Represent the company externally to government agencies, auditors, and the general public

- Finalizing the Annual Financial Statements, and filing with the relevant Authorities, by liaisoning with the Auditors

- Developing financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements; identifying monetary resources; developing action plans.

Job Location - Oman

Notice Period - 15 Days or Less

Salary - 1040 OMR (2 L PM- INR)
