We run FACE – Focus Academy for Career Enhancement, one of India’s largest skills development enterprises and we have impacted over 5 Lakh students so far since our inception in Dec 2008.

Regional Business Development Manager

- Sales & Marketing of FACE offerings across West and Central India

- Acquire & Manage tie ups with key clients

- Hire and Groom Sales Managers

- Effectively manage the Client acquisition and Client management activities through Sales Managers

- Branding & Market Intelligence initiatives

Ideal Candidate

- Extrovert / builds relationships

- Excellent communication skills – oral and written

- Team management skills

- Likes to travel / on the field exposure

- Execution orientation

- Candidates with sales and/or sales team management experience in FMCG, Banking and Insurance sector will be preferred

Eligibility

- Premier B-School MBA

- 2-5 years of post MBA experience

- Handled Sales Team of 3-10
