As a Corporate Sales Manager at Last Journey, you will take on a unique and impactful role that goes beyond traditional sales. You will be responsible for forging lasting relationships with corporate partners and organizations, offering them our services with the utmost empathy and compassion. This role requires a delicate balance of professionalism and a deep understanding of the emotional aspects surrounding end-of-life arrangements.

Job Overview:

- We're looking for a Manager Corporate Sales who is passionate about sales and is looking for an opportunity to grow their career.


- The Manager Corporate Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, oversee sales operations, and create a database of corporate clients who would be interested in subscribing to the employee welfare packages that we offer. If you are a go-getter with a positive attitude and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. To establish sales opportunities through networking, building relationships, conducting outdoor activities.

2. Maintaining relationships with current clients and identifying new business opportunities with them

3. Area Mapping, prospecting.

4. Build corporate database and be responsible for lead generation and deal closure with necessary documentation.

5. Identify potential opportunities to accelerate business volume.

6. Develop and implement strategies for achieving sales goals.

7. Prepare periodic sales report.

8. Should be able to forecast sales in terms of numbers and revenue

9. Achieve sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.

10. Identify improvements or new requirements by remaining updated with on industry trends, competitor activities & offerings.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Experience in selling into corporates.

2. Ability to articulate USPs of product vis- vis competitive offerings.

3. Ability to make inroads into new corporate accounts and territories.

Requirements:

1. MBA in Marketing preferred along with Graduation from reputed University/Institutes

2. 4-7 years of Corporate Sales experience

3. Strong Communication skills (written & verbal), presentation skills and client relationship management are a must for this position.

4. Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools
