Quant Analyst

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Act as a Team Leader of the Equity Research Department and manage day-to-day activities and work schedule / Job responsibilities of the team under your guidance.

- Provide BUY/SELL/HOLD recommendations for Intraday, Nifty/Bank Nifty/FinNifty options, and short-term and positional trades.

- Develop various trading strategies with good Risk Reward ratios in Derivative Segments.

- Creating New Trading Strategies and improving the existing ones to cope with the changing market scenario.

- Providing investment recommendations to our clients

- Write Technical Reports pertaining to intraday transactions.

- Carry out team training on various topics viz. Technical Analysis, Fundamental analysis, Trading strategies, Content Creation and Algo trading, etc

- Exploring the opportunities in commodity, F&O investments, and promoting in-house research calls to increase volume and trading frequency.

- Quantitative researchers based on Market trends & Market performance on specific products.

- Enhance the returns and profitability of the company.

- Track changes in the financial market.

Qualifications:

- At least 4-6 years of experience working as a Quant Analyst.

- Profound understanding of the Indian and Global stock markets. In addition, a deep understanding of Technical and fundamental analysis, financial modeling, asset allocation, and strategy research

- Should have good knowledge of Options Trading in practical and theoretical.

- Should have relevant stock trading and equity research experience.

- Should have good presentation skills.

- Strong computer and MS Office skills including relevant financial data software.
