Hiring for - Brand Partnerships We are looking for an experienced business development professional, highly motivated to work in a high growth environment, motivated by monetising the business through various channels/ avenues. The role will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships with brands, which will help us scale our business. Role requirements - Strike partnerships with brands partners aligned with company's values to drive user growth - Create a systematic, process-driven approach to brands outreach and relationship management - Identify and launch key partners for a long-term strategic partnerships - Navigate internal & external stakeholders to run the partnership discussions end to end; including identifying the right opportunities, framing win-win structures, negotiation and closure - Collaborate & lead immediate and cross functional team members to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships and the deployment - Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners liaison internally Qualifications - 3-5 years of experience working in a Brand partnerships & alliances team, preferably in front facing roles - Prior experience of having worked on strategic brand deals - Proven ability to develop relationships, negotiate, coordinate and problem solve with external partners - Strong research skills to be able to evaluate opportunities from strategic, brand, financial, and operational perspectives - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to think and communicate creatively, thoughtfully, and on your feet with diverse teams - Strong time management skills and the ability to be self-directed when needed - Seeking high ownership, independent environments and feedback oriented cultures What's in it for you - Be part of 0 to 1 journey.
