You will build credible and effective relationship with stakeholders and leaders and build talent strategy for hires across all functions. What You will Do: - Identify and forecast the current and future talent needs of the company, by partnering with leaders and hiring managers. - Create and implement the talent acquisition strategy for all hiring needs of the company. Build talent pipelines to achieve - on time- hires for all positions. - Design world class recruiting and hiring practices for a positive candidate experience. - Define and drive the team to achieve Key recruitment metrics like time to fill, cost per hire, source of hire etc. - Implement initiatives for a strong employer brand across online and offline platforms. Adopt innovative ways to attract the - best in class- talent for the organization. - Manage and lead a team of recruiters for Tech and Non-Tech hiring - Prepare and monitor annual recruitment budget What you will bring: - 12+ years of experience in leading Talent Acquisition, preferably in a fast growth and dynamic company. - Experience hiring across Tech, Non-Tech and other functions. - Excellent knowledge and understanding of various recruitment techniques/tools. - Experience designing recruitment strategies and building employer brands. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
