Responsibilities : Head - Growth will be responsible for scaling Florence Capital to millions of customers and building a household brand.

1. Drive end-to-end Growth at Florence Capital from marketing/ lead generation to lead conversion, to brand awareness.

2. Own the entire funnel - awareness, acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, referral.

3. Cultivating a women-only community (Florence Club) by creating value-added content and creating impact.

4. Should have strong strategic thinking skills while being a tactful executer

5. Should be Data-driven and great at analytics

6. Measuring and optimizing performance marketing for increased ROI : tracking and analyzing app traffic flow and conversions/leads. Monitoring the trends and adapting for enhanced performance.

7. Identifying content opportunities for creating virality

8. Cultivating and managing strategic B2B partnerships

Key Attributes :

- Ability to think like a pirate, not the Royal Navy : be a growth hacker, come up with innovative solutions to complex marketing problems

- A strong strategic and business-oriented holistic approach

- Understands the art of powerful communication

Education and Experience :

- Prior experience driving "1 to N" growth / scaling a tech startup.

- Tech Start-up experience preferred.

Location/Work Environment :

Compensation : Excellent and above market averages (cash + ESOPs)
