At Zeta, our people are our greatest asset. As a Senior Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for building, supporting &amp; delivering the onboarding program for all new hires at Zeta. S/He will be responsible to support content design, coordination and delivery of the onboarding sessions every week. - The key role is to design, deliver and develop engaging onboarding programs (in-class and e-learning) for all new hires at Zeta. What is the job like? - Design and create content (slides), facilitate for ILT and deliver onboarding program modules. - Identify gaps in the experience of the onboarding program, develop overall improvements and work on enhancing the experience of new hires at Zeta. - Evaluate various training techniques (e.g. gamification, case studies and group activities) - Perform training needs analysis for custom training requests both for individuals and teams. - Coordinate scheduling/logistics for multiple learning sessions simultaneously send program invites, track responses, send calendar holds, reminders and facilitate pre-work to participants/facilitators. - Manage and publish coach/facilitator training feedback surveys. Content Gatekeeper : - Maintain curriculum of the onboarding program upload file and manage upcoming course discontinuations [version controls &amp; training content repositories from all trainers internal and external]. - Supervise &amp; manage Learning Organizer in collecting, organizing, uploading educational aids and materials in LMS. - Explore online training sites/ create a repository that might be of use to trained individuals. - Work cross-functionally and collaborate with SMEs to improve the 30-60 day onboarding content &amp; experience for various functions and business units within Zeta. - Monitor program metrics to evaluate effectiveness and impact and regularly report the outcome to the program lead and business. - Maintaining MIS for onboarding Schedules, Vendors and accounting related to onboarding expenses. Vendor Management :&nbsp; - Sourcing, negotiating, invoice processing and maintaining vendor relationships for all onboarding merchandise. - Driving completion of the learning plans assigned to the participants. - Evaluate and improve the experience quotient of the new joiners in the first 30-90 days. - Be in touch with innovative ideas to improve the overall experience of the onboarding for all new joiners. Who can apply for this role? - Relevant experience of 3-5 years part of which involves taking care of an onboarding program of an organization. - Experience supporting various types of training - classroom, virtual (webex), multimedia, and online learning(LMS). - Strong communication skills including oral and written communication skills. - Should have the ability to convey messages in a concise manner. - Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods and techniques. - Excellent presentation and Interpersonal skills. - Ability to simultaneously manage training logistics for multiple deliveries and work as an individual contributor and/or within a team to achieve goals. - Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments/projects at the same time. - MS Office proficiency, including strong PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel skills.
