Role: Tech Recruiter Responsibilities: - End to End recruitment for Tech, Product and Design roles across levels. - Own the complete lifecycle for the assigned Tech requirements which includes working closely with all stakeholders, attracting top talent & salary negotiations - Ensure robust pipeline of candidates for key positions - Update TA dashboards for all key metrics and share with relevant stakeholders - Build strong partnerships with the HR team - Be trusted adviser for Hiring Managers - Optimize hiring cost & build talent heat map for critical hiring requirements Key Qualification: - 4+ years of Tech hiring experience preferably in B2C Technology startups & B2B Enterprises - Successful track record of of fast-paced high-quality hiring - Strong capability in managing multiple stakeholders - Solid end-to-end knowledge of the recruitment process - A good grasp on sourcing from different platforms
