Role and Responsibility: - Work under the Business Finance function to drive the financial/strategic goals for the organization and subsequently partner with their teams to set the AOP, monthly budget including working capital, cash flow forecast for the business - Internal and external financial and business reporting. Prepare both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed - Conducting financial analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data for financial modeling and forecasting - Assisting with the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements - Keeping up-to-date with industry and market trends and regulatory changes that may impact financial performance - Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting Required Competencies: - 1-3 years of experience in the field of financial analyst - CA Inter, a bachelor's or Master degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field - Detail Oriented,Strong analytical and data gathering skill - Work as part of a team/stakeholders to identify efficiency opportunities - Good business acumen - Excellent teamwork, collaborative, and communication skills - Motivated to learn and contribute - Keen to be part of a fast-paced environment. - Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions, SQL(Mandatory)
