Role: Sr. Recruiter
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter with a proven track record in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for leadership positions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of executive recruitment, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate with hiring managers to meet the evolving needs of our company.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-caliber candidates for leadership roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business objectives, team dynamics, and leadership requirements.
End-to-End Recruitment Process
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job requisition to candidate onboarding.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and leadership capabilities.
Relationship Building
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with executive candidates, industry professionals, and external partners.
- Work closely with executive search firms when necessary and leverage professional networks to identify passive candidates.
Market Analysis:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, talent market dynamics, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership regarding market conditions and talent availability.
Employer Branding:
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the company's employer brand.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and represent the organization professionally in the external talent market.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand organizational goals, team dynamics, and talent requirements for leadership positions.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for process improvement.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition roles in a progressive, high touch, fast paced environment.
- Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter with a focus on leadership roles.
- Right candidate must have 4+ years of experience into consultancy firm.
- Independent and assertive, yet collaborative and open-minded. Quick learner.
- In-depth knowledge of executive search techniques, including direct sourcing and networking.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
