Responsibilities: - Drive process excellence initiatives in a cross-functional environment cutting across business operations, Studios, product management, technology and other functions. - Engage with prospective customers/teams to understand their pain points and provide solutions to meet their business requirements. - Brainstorm solutions to a variety of problem statements covering revenue enhancement cost working capital optimization and product improvement with the customer/stakeholder journey at the core. - Build data-backed analytical models to quantify benefits and socialize recommendations with key stakeholders. - Build detailed implementation roadmaps and drive implementation by working closely with internal and external stakeholders - track/report progress, identify key risks and develop mitigation plans towards successful completion. Requirements: - 3 - 5 years of experience working in business/process excellence/management consulting / program management. - Strong decision-making and Problem solvikng skills for problem identification, solution recommendation and implementation. - Ability to understand/explain concepts and ideas in a simple, clear and concise manner. - Ability to work with diverse stakeholders. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to persuade, influence, negotiate and make formal presentations in meetings and training environments.
