The Direct Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth in the fashion industry by selling FlixStock's advanced AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in sales, with significant experience in the US market and a track record of working with fashion brands. This is an individual contributor role, and the successful candidate will be expected to be a self-starter, proactive, and driven to succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive growth in the fashion industry
- Prospect and qualify leads, build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate and close deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure customer satisfaction and success
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and the competitive landscape
Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the US market, specifically the fashion industry
- Experience working with fashion brands and understanding of their business needs and pain points
- Experience in end-to-end sales, from prospecting to closing deals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Degree in business, marketing, or a related field
