Designation: Manager/ Senior Manager- Talent Acquisition

Job Description-

- As a Manager for Talent Acquisition, you own end-to-end Talent Acquisition function for the company across the geographies you are responsible for

- Build and manage a global talent acquisition team to support the organizations growth plans and hiring requirements

- Understand the entire company's business context, composition, competencies, deliverables and their stakeholders and support leadership with hiring of key positions.

- Build and strengthen the talent acquisition funnel and ensure continuous tracking through various reports and dashboards.

- Enhance and own candidate experience for the interview process. Build a mechanism to capture candidate feedback in a timely manner.

- Manage end to end recruitment & selection process

- Sourcing candidates on various job portals and social media platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Facebook, IIM Jobs, Indeed etc.

- Shortlisting the suitable candidates and scheduling interviews.

- Briefing the shortlisted candidate about the company, job responsibilities, salary and other benefits of the job to ensure the clarity.

- Ensure culture fit across all final candidates. Ensure all candidates undergo culture fit assessments before being offered.

- Responsible for coordinating with the placement cells of Top institutes

- Maintaining recruitment related MIS on regular basis

- Updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

Preferred Candidature:

- Exposure to real estate or Interior designing sector will be an advantage

- Proven work experience as an HR Recruitment or similar role

- Should be a good team player

- Ready to work in a fast paced environment

Candidate must have:

- Good English verbal & written communication skills

- Good knowledge of excel sheet

- Negotiation skills

- Time management skills

- Good co-ordination skills

Work Week: 6 days working

Work Time: 10:30 AM -7:30 PM
