ABOUT THE PROFILE:

We are looking for a self-driven entrepreneur who can lead VIZTOWN, a revolutionary PropTech vertical, which is the world's first in its scope and value proposition. We are looking for a candidate to manage our incredible growth and expansion initiatives. This is a high value-add business enablement role to the organization, enabling revenue growth through lead generation via channel partners and builders, and increasing productivity by providing effective methodologies, efficient processes, analytical information and sales tools.

DESIRED SKILL SETS:

1. Exceptional business development skills; pitch articulation, interfacing and engagement and commercial negotiation

2. Ability to drive teams on business side to meet business targets and achieve KPIs

3. Ability to set processes and structure around new problem statements and push scale in it

4. Expertise with number crunching, financial planning, creating business presentations and other written collaterals

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Holistic Presales lead generation process acquisition, nurturing, closure & transition across online and offline channels

2. Responsible for brokers / channel partner business development and continued engagement

3. Responsible for builders / developer partnership development and engagement

4. Responsible for maintaining effective relationships with vendor partners, internal stakeholders & team members

5. Responsible for lead generation systems implementation, enhancement & governance

6. Responsible for market trends, customer insights, analytics and predictive buying behaviour leading to better prospect segmentation, profile targeting & product positioning

7. Responsible for ensuring usage of latest tools & technologies for go-to-market

8.Timely reporting and MIS generation for business and campaign performance

DESIRED EDUCATIONAL PEDIGREE:

1. Post-graduate degree / diploma Preferably in marketing / systems / operations from Tier 1 B-school

2. Good academic profile throughout his/her education

WORK EXPERIENCE:

- 7+ Years of experience in real estate, banking, telecom lead gen or sales profile

- Team management experience

- Experience of handling channel partner development initiatives Functional knowledge & technical ability

- Understanding of CRM process & lead lifecycle management

- Ability to manage a large team & its needs such as people development, direction-setting etc.

- Fluent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Power-point, Excel) & leading CRM systems

- Flexibility to work in dynamic work environment with targets and numbers
