Designation: AGM/ Deputy General Manager- Human Resources- USA

Location: Mumbai

A Managerial role in Human Resource development role which has responsibilities spanning across different HR functions for the US vertical including but not limited to recruitment, on-boarding, redressals, salary and leave recording, HR policy implementation and tracking, and other day to day HR functions.

Flipspaces is looking HR to lead and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies and programs for the USA Team. He/She is expected to take a leadership role in developing a culture that enables employees to perform in accordance to the company's objectives. Flipspaces puts critical emphasis on the Happiness Quotient of its employees across different verticals and functions and would expect the HR to work in coordination with the leadership team in order to foster a culture that propagates intrapreneurship, growth and excellence.

If you are well organized, task oriented and apt for upkeeping our high HR strategies and procedures standards, but also enthusiastic about improving them with your creative new ideas, you are the person we are looking for! Ultimately, you will ensure our HR department operates efficiently and aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibility Areas:

- Manage recruitment, selection and on-boarding process for US Candidates

- Doing Back ground Check

- Keeping oneself updated about information about the company, industry, US work culture and US environment.

- Sourcing candidates on various job portals and social media platforms like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, LinkedIn, Indeed,Campus etc.

- Maintain pay plan and benefits program

- Should have Fair understanding of US Compliances and Payroll to execute it

- Should Have understanding of various HR Operations work for the USA

- Effectively plan, design, develop and evaluate human resource-related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals.

- Leading the organisation's HR functions, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, talent management and financial planning of the department

- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation

- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Skills & Competencies:

- Organisational skills - personal efficiency, time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands are key

- Emotional Intelligence - lead the HR team, managing diverse personalities and viewpoints. Consequently, emotional intelligence, the ability to build relationships and collaborate with others is vital

- Commercial acumen - HR will be increasingly involved in strategic decision-making within the business as an influencer. Being able to understand company finances, resourcing and the ultimate aims of the business is important

- Professional expertise - A strong working knowledge of employment law issues, best practice processes for disciplinaries, redundancies and payroll is required, as well as experience of employee relations

Qualification Criteria:

- Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields

- Previous experience working as a HR for 8-10 year(s)

- Preferred from Tier-1 B Schools

- In-depth knowledge about international Human Resource Processes, employment legislation, and legal regulations

- Experience with HR tools and recruiting software

- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success

- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

- Team player

- Good time-management skills

- Great interpersonal and communication skills

- Supervisory experience
