Job Description : - Nurture leads as they come from social media campaigns - Manage the calling team and ensure targets are met - Processes new sales leads as necessary - Answers phone calls from customers and deals with problems as they arise - Takes sales information and puts it into an easily readable format - Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team using the CRM - Exerts attention to detail, as customers may have the same problems; reports the problems as necessary - Arranges appointments with clients and sales team - Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls - Engagement with leads till they are passed on the the on ground business development team -Training and development of lead management team - Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents Qualifications : - 3-5 Experience in sales support - Strong communication skills - Problem-solving aptitude - Ability to work well with a team - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets - Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus Experience - Minimum 3 years Salary - 9- 18 lpa
