JOB CRITERIA

Are you the one with the Leadership Skills that can fulfill the below:

- Leads and oversees entire gamut of HR & administrative activities

- Team Management, stakeholder management, strategy management at the ground level, etc.

- Oversees the daily workflow of the department.

- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.

- Great resolution management skills.

Hiring Scope of Business Leaders:

- The Business Leader role is paramount to Flipspaces' success during the sharp growth phase it is currently in. This individual will act as the complete owner of their domain.

- The individual will work as a core member and will be accountable for crafting the growth roadmap of the organisation along with owing the responsibility of building the organisational culture as well.

1) Team Management.

- Setting-up and executing recruitment & onboarding process.

- Hiring for Leadership levels and across verticals & locations.

- Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle.

- Achieve targets and help the team achieve the closures in the stipulated TAT.

- Developing and implementing HR strategies.

5) HR Operations.

- Setting-up policies & procedures, etc

- Training and Development.

- Compensation & Benefits.

- Implementation, execution & overlooking of Employee Engagement Activities.

- Addressing and controlling Employee Grievances.

- HR strategy, financial planning, manpower planning and budgeting. Learning & Organizational Development.

- Performance Management System.

- Exists and Separations.

6) Other Activities.

- Stakeholder management.

- Contribute in creative ideas to the management. Budget/Cost Management.

- Negotiating on vendor contracts - Naukri.com, HR One, etc.

- Audit & Compliance.

7) Admin & IT.

- Overlooking - Laptops, Software Licenses, Infrastructure, etc.

- Reviewing & negotiating vendor contracts,agreements,

- Budget/Cost Management.

- Office Admin - Housekeeping, Office Space, Facility Management,etc.

- Travel & Accommodation, Reimbursements, IT infra, etc.

- Audit & Compliance.

Skills & Competencies:

- Organizational skills.

- Emotional Intelligence - Managing diverse personalities and viewpoints. Consequently, emotional intelligence, the ability to build relationships and collaborate with others is vital

- Professional expertise - A strong working knowledge of employment law issues, best pract processes for disciplinaries, redundancies and payroll is required, as well as experience of employee relations.

- Coaching and mentoring - Whether senior executives, junior colleagues or middle management, you will be proficient in developing skills in your talent

- Trust - As a member of the executive team, you will interface with the leadership team on a regular basis. You will become a trusted confidante on talent issues, unafraid of giving your opinions and expertise.
