Designation: Deputy General Manager/ Assistant General Manager - Design
Summary - Will be responsible for managing all aspects of design and creative output. A leadership role, with accountability for design output
and commercial success of projects handled by the cohort. Will ensure that the design and creative deliverables are aligned to client
expectations and executed within stipulated time and budget.

2.) Track record of delivering outstanding high quality design, leading/managing teams on various profile projects.
3.) Proactive with excellent interpersonal skills. Strong, persuasive communicator with excellent verbal presentation skills and ability to communicate design concepts to clients.
4.) Process oriented, ambitious out-of-the-box approach with an ability to motivate team members
5.) Excellent decision making and problem solving skills
6.) Comprehensive and extensive knowledge of materials, costing, GFC details
7.) Hands on experience in budgeting and scheduling
8.) Entrepreneurial Mindset and understanding of P&L
Responsibilities:
1.) In charge of all the projects in the region - Design
2.) Work closely with sales team, develop project brief, lead client presentations/pitches in the region and collaboratively manage design department with the design head. Important to demonstrate technical knowledge and best solutions to clients without compromising designs
3.) Take a lead role in managing the design and creative elements of projects and be point of contact for clients for design discussion
4.) Ensure all projects are delivered on time
5.) Handle multiple projects at a time and Practise SOP to ease the design phase
6.) Utilise market knowledge to optimise project cost;
7.) To stay updated and incorporate latest trends / newer products in projects
8.) Manage workload across the team. Be a mentor to team members by providing guidance, feedback, QA/QC, and direction on design methodologies.
9.) Supervise design process from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional interior design
10.) Drive the internal coordination with different departments to ensure alignment on the project design, cost, time, etc.
11.) Work closely with the ops team to ensure that the design intent is being executed on the ground
12.) Work along with the clients/internal team in case of any issues & getting the same resolved.
