Designation- AGM/DGM- Sourcing and Planning

Location- Mumbai

- The candidate will lead the end-to-end Sourcing and planning for a line of categories for the products and services of Interior Design and build Turn-key projects.

- Develop long term sourcing strategies and manage strong relationships with suppliers, including negotiating prices and conditions, and resolving disputes

- Continuous improvements on Cost, Quality, Lead time and Payment terms through benchmarking, Zero based costing and market analysis

- Analysing and calculating Supply costs and developing cost reduction strategies.

- Ensure the procurement process adheres to all legal and regulatory standards

- Provide pre- and post-shipment support for all procurement activities: manage specifications, samples, quality, delivery, payment, and monitor supply chain compliance with contract terms

- Lead continuous improvement through the supply chain to optimize resources and maximize efficiency

- Ensure all suppliers and subcontractors comply with company policies, including ethical sourcing practices, safety, and corporate responsibility

- Ensure the procurement process adheres to all legal and regulatory standards

- Ensure effective stakeholder management and communication to internal customers and other cross functional teams.

Preferred Candidate would be having:

- Proven work experience as a Sourcing Manager or Procurement Manager

- Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement

- Strong leadership and Excellent communication skills

- Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships

- Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analysing and interpreting data

- Solid judgement with ability to make good decisions

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
