Responsibilities :

- Responsible for new client acquisition along with focusing on growth and development of existing client schools.

- Makes power packed presentations to eminent educationists and influencing them to adopt path breaking Fliplearn initiatives.

- Develops strategies to explore new regions to generate more business

- Manages relationships with client schools

- Ensures higher level of engagement to meet renewal targets

- Increases revenue portfolio through cross selling/up selling.

- Evaluate market trends and proactively conduct a competitor/opportunity analysis.

- Manage and expand active user base on Fliplearn App out of signed schools in the state.

- Achieve targeted user base & school sign ups on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

- This is an Individual Contributor role.

Requirements :

- Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners.

- Proven sales track record in a new product/new market environment.

- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a result driven, team oriented environment.

Other Skills :

- Excellent Business acumen with excellent Communication & Presentation Skills

- Effective Leader with excellent planning, organizational and collaborative time management skills

- Solution orientated approach, decisive by nature with Strong Professional integrity
