Learn more about us at www.fliplearn.com Job Responsibilities - Develop effective and creative marketing and communication strategies that are progressive and support organizational growth. - Lead our brand storytelling and create a tone of voice for our growing business. - Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market and crystalize targeted consumers insights. - Taking brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals, and strategies to match up to. - Build and deliver branded marketing campaigns ensuring key messages are consistently delivered. - Ensure seamless brand positioning and communications across digital assets of the brand (website, app, social media platforms) - Direct digital marketing (SEM, SEO, Retargeting) strategies for App and Wesite growth. - Evaluate the results of branding initiatives and leverage brand audit results to adjust marketing plan needed to ensure that the annual marketing sales goal is met. Candidate Requirement - Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate. - Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management - Has relentlessly high standards.
