Product Line :

Fliplearn Prime is a personalised curriculum-mapped online learning program for school students to help make learning effective and joyful. We offer award winning Smartclass content accessed by 5 mn students on our platform. Vidyamandir Classes Live@ Fliplearn is our online IIT-JEE preparation program. We offer on our platform Vidyamandir Classes, the most successful and reputed coaching institute, with the highest IIT-JEE selection rate in the country @43.5%.

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

Drive execution on strategic high impact projects for steep growth :

- Deliver on critical strategic projects identified by the leadership

- Work across Tech, Product, Operations, Content & Sales team to take things to completion within timelines

Interface with external stakeholders :

- Help with managing communication & relationships with external stakeholders - Investors, Tech partners, School administration, Content partners

- Draft relevant communication decks and participate in closure of contracts and negotiations with external stakeholders

Analytics and Project Management Office :

- Drive key analytical projects to deliver on revenue goals and data driven decision making

- Run the Project Management Office as per target timelines; actively de-bottleneck as required; use best practices for timely project execution

Product strategy & research :

- Actively monitor the education ecosystem to come up with new ideas through benchmarking and users- research

- Help refine product through insightful research (outsource as required) and by actively engaging with stakeholders

- Excellent communication skills and executive presence to connect at CXO level
