Senior Manager Transport & Hub Operations with WS Retail, Delhi   Responsibilities:  Lead the solution design for large scale transport & hub operations  Drive identification and implementation of turnkey projects enabling scalability and better reach to the customers  Business process improvements towards customer satisfaction & efficiency with thorough understanding of lean management fundamentals  Sound understanding of the airline cargo industry & surface cargo industry and excellent networking  Develop a seamless and easy transaction process for customer by syncing Service, distribution center and Last mile delivery.  Ability to influence other leaders & teams and align them towards the common, shared objectives.  Very good alignment in understanding and operationalizing interstate transport solutions with tax compliance.  Excellent people management skills and experience in large organizations preferred  Analytical & solution oriented with adequate resourcefulness.  Desired Skills and Experience:  Knowledge on IATA & Road safety regulations.  Awareness about technology trends in transportation, network planning and vehicle tracking  Proven experience in contract negotiations  Knowledge on Transport Management solutions (TMS)  Bachelors / Master's Degree in any discipline (MBA is added qualifier)  8-16 years of sound experience in managing front end transportation, logistics & Hub operations (preferably in Express Industry) in a management role
