Senior Manager- Seller Support
What you'll do:
- Responsible for managing end to end movement of Seller NPS area
- Act as the key custodian of sellers on the Platform
- Understand and draw insights to define seller pain points by defining and instrumenting newer metrics
- Build a plan/ initiatives to provide a smooth and reliable seller experience
- Design processes across various domains which can deliver a wow and frictionless seller experience
- Work across the org with domain owners both product/tech and business to accomplish better seller experience
What you'll need:
- PGDM/MBA degree from Top 10 B School
- 4-6 years of experience in Category strategy, programs on NPS, growth and performance of the category.
- Structured Problem solving
- Diverse stakeholder management
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage a complex environment
- Good Understanding of Flipkart Ecosystem
