Location: Bangalore - An operational leader for all rewards activities for the organisation. - Responsible for overall management of the Rewards function (rewards partner) for 1 or 2 business areas. - Consultant to the HR team / business leaders of the responsible area. - Actively seeks out competitive and varied market practices to learn from, and build upon for organization. - Is an excellent program manager with ability to manage complex work priorities. - Building tools and Mechanism for leaders & managers to drive data driven decision making. - Institutionalizes and improvises processes and systems with the help of technology in reward. - Strong stakeholder management capability with HR and Business Leaders coupled with influencing skills. - Managing a team of 1 or 2 rewards professionals - Identifies external partners and vendors. Required experience (Education & competency) - 11+ years of HR experience with a strong learning orientation with atleast 8 years of experience in rewards area. - Analytical/logical ability and a solution selling approach - Deep technology understanding and systems thinking - Flair for engaging with people and developing relationships and ability to work in diverse teams
