Flipkart - Senior Manager - MH Operations

This role will lead the process adherence charter in the Central Team of MH Operations. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Drive MH process adherence across all MH's

- Work with the ekart QA team and ensure all process SOPs are in place and updated continuously based on new processes being rolled out

- Liaise with respective zonal operations team on understanding issues faced in the ground ensure all gaps are addressed ensuring process adequacy

- Program manage training plan completion for pan India MHs by liasing with QA/L&D/Design teams

- Coordinate with central EHS teams and drive Compliance & Safety Programs across MH's

- Drive shrinkage reduction charter across pan India MH's - identify areas of improvement and implement actions for the same

Basic qualifications:

- Degree (preferred - candidates from Tier I/II MBA institutes)

- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain/Manufacturing/Warehousing/Logistics Operations

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Knowledge on Transport Management solutions (preferred but not mandatory)
