Flipkart's technology has enabled it to deliver 8 million shipments per month - and this number's only growing.   Location : Mumbai  Position : Sr Manager - Mumbai/West  Position Background :  - The Gift Card B2B team is responsible for selling Gift Cards to corporate customers, re-sellers, and partners.   - Flipkart's Gift Card team is currently seeking a Sr Manager in Mumbai, who will increase market share through the development of new and existing accounts in the region and by achieving sales targets and profit growth plans for the Gift Cards business.   Responsibilities :  - In this position you would be responsible for both the strategy and the development of sales in the assigned territory and charged with developing and expanding sales operations on-ground, planning, forecasting and executing all sales activities. Senior Manager is accountable for the combined performance of the team and for ensuring that everyone within their team reaches their monthly and annual targets.  General Expectations from the Role :  - Drive sales activities in the territory consistent with best practices  - Meet quota/margin objectives for the assigned territory  - Develop, negotiate and close long-term agreement with accounts in your assigned territory  - Build account plans and strategies for each target account  - Qualify sales opportunities, build and manage sales pipeline in the territory  - Build and maintain an accurate and robust sales pipeline  - Coordinate sales team efforts for optimal delivery  - Conduct virtual and live presentations around our solutions  Must Have Skills :  - Bachelor's degree  - Leading business school MBA preferred, but not essential  - 7+ years experience developing sales within a fast-paced territory or vertical market preferably within the Gift Cards industry  - Knowledge of account base in Mumbai/West  - Must be a team player with proven success in quota based sales environment. Strong team player who works well within, and fits, the corporate structure  - Experience in forecasting, quota attainment, sales presentations, and opportunity management  - Excellent communication skills and a high degree of professionalism required  - Demonstrated success in overcoming objections and strong problem solving skills  - Ability to effectively present information to customers and top management  - Experience with CRM tools like SalesForce preferred
