Job Description:

- Conceptualize, define & drive operational processes for a large-scale warehouse operation.

- Able to forecast, analyze business challenges & plan a robust resource model to meet the high standards of delivery.

- Establish high operational standards & set benchmarks in the industry.

- Develop synergy across all strategic business partners to achieve operational excellence.

- Act as a change agent to establish conducive work environments for seamless operations.

- Define high safety standards/ guidelines & 100% adherence of same.(Zero Accident/incident)

- Develop unique process & people agenda to deliver a high standard of performance during the spike.
