About The Role : The opening is for DC Central Operations Team in Ekart in Large &amp; Furniture Business Unit of Flipkart. The candidate will be responsible for leading Operational Planning &amp; Capacity Distribution, Cost Optimization, Leading Process Improvement Projects, Manage Multi Tiered KPI Review Framework and Inbound Operations at the Warehouse. About The Team : DC Operations is the Warehousing part of Ekart which is dispatching 4 Lakh Large &amp; Furniture orders a month across India. DC Operations delivers a consistent excellence in consumer experience by Operating reliably, providing industry best warehousing performance and managing variability at scale. What You'll Need : Education : MBA (Operations - Tier I Institute) - 5+ years of experience of Operations, preferably in E Commerce supply chain business - Good E-Commerce Supply Chain Knowledge - Strong analytical &amp; communication skill, Problem Solving Techniques and Design Critical Thinking. - Exposure to Project Management techniques. Mandatory Skills : - Supply Chain Concepts, Project Management, Communication Skills, Stakeholder Management, Assertiveness and Logical Reasoning &amp; Logical Approach for Problem Solving Skills Desirable Skills :&nbsp;E-Commerce Supply Chain Knowledge, Certifications in Excel Tools, Yellow / Green Belt Certified.
