Flipkart - Senior Manager - Category Operations

- Planning requirement - Work with various central and category Flipkart teams. Teams inclusive and not limited to Forecasting, Merchandising, Inventory Planning, Demand/Capacity Planning, Business development and Product/Technology

- Work with Retail operations & WH teams to ensure category operations are well planned and executed.

- Drive procurement operations efficiency - Drive own team to work with buying team for bringing efficiencies in vendor wise replenishment, fill-rates, delivery schedule adherence, case/EAN based receiving and payments

- Ensure smooth operations for events and BAU

- Monitor key ops metrics for BGM - Instock %, DoH, Inventory ageing, RTO, RVP, RU etc and manage cross category and cross BU - ops & planning projects
