Job Responsibilities: 1. Define month level and day wise capacity plan in coordination with central planning team and regional team 2. Manage day to day capacity changes for grocery business 3. Responsible for consumables, Infra planning and availability at warehouses (FC &amp; CL) 4. Manage transport vendors management to ensure timely availability of trucks at warehouses 5. MIS reporting of capacity utilization and asset availability versus plan on weekly basis 6. Develop, mentor and motivate the team in the region to achieve higher goals. Key Skills: 1.
