Flipkart - Senior Manager - Business Finance Partner

Job Description:

We are seeking a solid, self-starting Senior Manager to partner with business teams. This person will help enable decisions for growing existing businesses and building new ones from scratch at Flipkart. This role requires ability to invent, go beyond the standard business rules to experiment and conceive together with the category teams to land financially sustainable solutions for short and long terms.

The successful candidate should have a history of:

- Expertise in Manufacturing Controls and commercial compliances

Flexibility and the ability to prioritize in a changing business environment will also be key.

Basic Qualifications :

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, and/or similar discipline with analytical bias, cross functional collaboration and Team Management

- 8+ years relevant experience in positions that require analysis, reporting financial results, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and data interpretation of business impact and results

- 8+ years experience performing financial and ad hoc analysis

- 8+ years experience with Excel advanced functions

Preferred Qualifications: CA/MBA (Finance)
