About the role:

The Role is a healthy mix of conceptualization of strategy, planning & Building strong operational governance to ensure on track movement of all the key projects

- Strong cross functional coordination is required between multiple teams like Business, Finance, Product, Engineering etc.

- Need to be extremely strong with handling huge amounts of data

- Would be actively involved in day to day target setting basis organization priority and reporting to ensure progress is on track

- Need to be open to new industry trends, good with research and able to understand & decode new strategies across

What you'll do:

Size of responsibility

Financial:

Revenue Generation and seller growth for Seller on Platform

Non - Financial:

Strategic Initiatives, Coordination with various teams, Performance Management, Seller and partner Management, Collaboration skills

Operating Network

Internal Flipkart Marketplace, Business, Product, Engineering, Business Finance Teams

What you'll need:

- Masters from Premium league universities

- Should be from E-Commerce or Retail / Consultancy Background. Minimum Experience of 7 years

- Proficient in Program Management with Analytics

Knowledge:

- Coordination with various teams, Performance Management, Seller and partner Management, Collaboration skills, Strategic Initiatives

Skills:

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for all issues. Work with different teams to resolve issues within timelines.
