Quality Assurance Team:   Charter:  Check for process institutionalization at Supplier level, DC level, Last Mile delivery level & brand level & drive continual improvement through audits & Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)  KRA’s:  - Institutionalize a culture of Quality, across operations  - Review the process maps created by the Process team, share the gaps identified & provide a sign off   - Conduct FMEA for each process & identify failure modes   - Design Audit checklist for each process in DC operations, Last Mile & Service Management team  - Design & implement Audit Framework across Large business vertical  - Ensure adherence to the Audit Framework across Large business vertical  - Design & implement the Corrective Actions & Preventive Action framework (CAPA)   - Measure & Improve Quality Assurance effectiveness at Org Level  - Identify hot-spots for process definition/re-engineering  - Deep-dive audits to check adherence to process & track their performance  - Conduct “Compliance” audits on organizational policies  Metrics :  - % adherence to the Audit framework - Quality team  - % repeat NC’s within 6 months - Operations & Quality  - On-time closure of NC’s - Operations & Quality   - Six Sigma/Lean Expert (Preferable)  Prior exposure in ISO 9000 is a must - Must be a ISO certified.
