About the role - Manage a team of 3TLs &amp; 40+ telesales agents - Partner with the audit team to keep a check on audit scores - Should be very comfortable with a target driven environment with daily reporting - Develop and implement industry best practices for lead identification - Identify product opportunities that will bring efficiencies &amp; scale up the output of the team - Ownership of day-to-day operations to ensure all deliverables are met in time and field teams are never short of high-quality leads - In order to be successful, the candidate should develop a thorough knowledge of relevant Flipkart processes and support team in selection growth&nbsp; - the team will look up to him/her to solve operational and process-related problems to convince sellers to go online&nbsp; - Conceptualise &amp; execute new initiatives resulting in seller growth&nbsp; About the Team: The marketplace is the Flipkart platform that enables customers to purchase products from sellers across India. It facilitates the availability of a wide variety of products at competitive prices with a new selection. Functionally it comprises Seller Acquisition, Seller Growth, Seller Marketing and Seller Support covering competencies such as business development, product thinking and solving for scale. As it is category agnostic it provides exposure to all categories in Flipkart which gives one the opportunity to learn tremendously about the levers that make them successful. It gives exposure to the MSME sector and a chance to engage and grow sellers from across the country. Since it works with sellers at scale - there is the significant interplay of engineering, product, analytics and operations coupled with business which makes the platform run effectively What you'll do: - Strong analytical &amp; problem-solving skills - Should have managed Tele-calling operation - Min 1 year of people management experience &amp; overall min. 3 years of work ex - Ability to manage operations involving external partner teams - Strong proficiency in MS Excel, SQL - Knowledge of R would be a strong advantage (not mandatory)&nbsp; - Program management skills, relationship management, interpersonal communication&nbsp; - The ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams with an eye for detail - Ability to multi-task and work independently and as a team What you'll need : Educational background : - MBA from the top institute with 2 to 3 years of experience.&nbsp; &nbsp;- Strong understanding of technology and business&nbsp; - Knowledge of Internet, Retail, the consumer goods industry is a plus&nbsp; - Desire and ability to think like the customer&nbsp; - Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion&nbsp; - Highly analytical and detail-oriented&nbsp; - Willing to take calculated risks to grow the category&nbsp; - Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills&nbsp; - Ability to connect with people across teams &amp; levels&nbsp; - Proven people leadership skills&nbsp; - Must be willing to learn&nbsp; - Strong bias for Action&nbsp; - Flipkart works at a very rapid pace
