Control Tower : Control Tower is the arm of Flipkart Wholesale, which is responsible for monitoring end to end performance and facilitating action. The Control Tower team is a highly talented pool of problem solvers and design thinkers. The team is on a mission to bring the best and the most efficient ways of working for the Wholesale Supply Chain. Being on top of all the priority supply chain issues and solving it on the go to minimize any adverse impact is a mission critical goal for this team. Design thinking competency is equally close to this team in order to create long term solutions for recurring supply chain problems.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Supply Chain / Operations - Good understanding of supply chain & operation functions

- Analytical Thinking - Attack ambiguous problems and logically derive the way forward through insights through analytical data.

- Design Thinking & Problem Solving - Drive Projects along with Design, Planning, Product and Tech for Long term solves

- Process setup - Streamline process across all assets/stakeholders for issues impacting metrics

- Stakeholder management - Need to work with multiple stakeholders including Operations, Planning, Tech, Analytics, Design & Product for alignment & smooth execution of Wholesale & Store Operations

Mandatory Skills :

- Excellent communication

- Stakeholder management

- Microsoft Excel

- 2-4 years of relevant experience in operations

Desirable Skills :

- Problem Solving and Knowledge of data analytics tools

- Knowledge of R

- Experience in Retail/E-commerce industry preferred

- MBA in Operations or Supply Chain preferred

- Operational knowledge of Logistics/Warehousing/Manufacturing

- Exposure to business processes Lean/Six Sigma/5S etc.
