Location: Bangalore Job Summary: This position reports to senior manager, planning and is responsible for entire supply planning for a category / vertical and developing dashboards, reports and tracking key metrics. He/she would also be responsible for capacity and serviceability management of the supply chain. Responsibilities - Manpower, infra and load planning for the supply chain - Work with operations and 3PL partners on capacities - Understand bottleneck processes and optimize on manpower to balance inbound Vs outbound capacity plan - Execute capacity uploads in alignment with OPS/ 3PL - Create dashboards to track plan Vs actual spillage - Proficient in excel and working knowledge of R/ VBA/ Python - Work closely with various internal groups to understand business requirements, implement new processes and contribute to ongoing process improvements Required skill sets: - Graduate/PostGraduate with prior working experience of planning/ supply chain - Strong display of Flipkart values and ethos - Ability to analyze large data and convert into simple presentable forms - Strong communication, interpersonal skills - Ability to come up with ideas and improvements - Excel/ R/ Python modelling skills - Advanced Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows skills Mandatory Skills &amp; Experiences: - Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel must) - R/Python - Supply Chain Knowledge - Supply-Planning experience
