The Social Media team at Flipkart is responsible for engaging, exciting and delighting social media audiences and converting followers into customers. As part of the social media team you will be involved in all aspects of channel and campaign strategy, planning and execution including:
- Planning, managing and executing all digital, social media projects and relevant activities with the highest levels of quality, within designated timelines
- Working closely with key stake holders (internal and external) and be the go-to person for all current and future social media projects
- Publishing of the content on Flipkart's social media platforms and reporting performance.
- Working closely with the creative and media agency to launch and optimize campaigns.
- Conducting regular analysis and help develop effective and robust digital, social media plans for the brand.
- Providing pro-active direction & ideas for campaigns/projects on all aspects of social marketing
Minimum Requirements:
A track Record of successful campaigns/relationships with min 4-5+ years of experience in managing strategy & planning for brands in a digital agency (Preferred) & have the ability to take it through to execution
Should have very good experience of channel planning & be able to map various channels/ touch-points with brand and consumer benefit thereby developing a holistic digital strategy
Creative thinker with a passion for ideas and deep understanding of using social media channels as a means for brands to communicate with online audiences.
Excellent people skills with an ability to work with cross-functional teams
A heavy user on digital and passionate about social media
Graduate from premier institution. An MBA would be desirable but not compulsory.
Excellent planning and execution skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
Knowledge & Skills:
Knowledge:
Very good knowledge of project planning
Excellent knowledge of digital and social media platforms
Experience using analytic tools like Omniture, Google analytics, Unmetric, Facebook Power Editor & Insights, etc.
Skills :
Ability to create excellent and articulate presentations and plans. Proficient with office software.
Very good planning and execution skills
Logical and structured approach for problem solving
Excellent people skills
