Flipkart - Manager - Program Management/Supply Chain

- Work as a program manager to coordinate & collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders to achieve results

- Process improvements to improve efficiency and cost in supply chain

- Conceptualizing and driving strategic initiatives and projects

- Drive implementation and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP- s) in operations.

- To work on problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate insights

Knowledge and Skillsets

- A thorough understanding of supply chain network fundamental, deep understanding of end to end supply chain is an added advantage.

- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint

- Creative thinker with the ability to recognize improvement opportunities

- Experience in managing complex projects from initiation through to implementation.
