Manager Planning - Traffic & Events
Candidate is expected to have strong analytical and stakeholder management skills. Required to align category stakeholders towards common goal. Willingness to solve problems from process, people and systems angle to achieve goal.
Role Summary :
1. AOP - Traffic
- Track and deliver the Traffic AOP on ongoing basis.
2. Monthly Planning - Traffic
- Build, track and deliver the Monthly plan for Traffic on an ongoing basis.
- Recommend specific interventions to correct deviations in achievement vs plan.
3. Event Planning :
- Desired coverage of mobiles in the central constructs to maximize the impact of offers.
- Drive timely inputs through all sell levers to shape the event to its maximum potential and optimize at model level.
4. Supply/Downstream Planning :
- Regular coordination with KAMs to ensure the right opening inventory for month/event.
- Callout the risks and mitigate gaps at the right time to avoid risk in the month/event plan.
- Downstream planning with the central team to align all the weekly flash sales and event upsides.

6. Ability to work like a corporate Entrepreneur with minimum handholding and defining the correct path for the team members and stakeholders to achieve results
7. Customer first approach in problem-solving and ability to quantify risk to customer metrics for any decision or approach
