What you will be doing?
- Identify improvements on the workflow or system and collaborate with the operations team and supervisor to implement the necessary changes
- Analyse operational data and informational to conceptualize and define operational problems
- Interprets data on logistics elements
- Track, analyse and manage KPIs and SLAs using monitoring and reporting tools and ensure key objectives are being met
- Support partners in queries related to services. Proactively identify trends to prevent customer impacting issues
- Updating data on regular basis and making sure all trackers are timely filled with correct data
- Monitoring, Resolving and escalating problems in accordance with processes and procedures
- Perform RCA to determine failure trends of services and communicate cross-functionality to ensure customer-centric development
- Strong co-ordination with IT, Tech and Operations teams to ensure correct actions are documented and tracked to completion
- Innovate on current processes to constantly improve support operations
- Reviews and analyses information regarding alternative courses of action to determine which plan will offer the best outcomes
- Transforms large amounts of raw data into actionable information for presentation to business managers in report format. Builds and maintains automated reports using Business Objects, Reporting Services and Excel.
- Disseminates reports to a wide range of stakeholders across the organization and audits variations between operational and financial numbers. Defines and evaluates problems and recommends solutions.
