Job Description:
- Monitor MH & TC Operations and identify improvement opportunities.
- Accountable for Planning, Design, Operationalization of shipments processing & delivery networks with the help of central teams.
- Work closely with FC, FM & LM Operations Heads in reviewing and optimization of distribution network.
- Define track and improve on key metrics like breach, MIS shipments etc. for given region.
- Build a culture of ownership and empowerment in MHs in that region.
- Drive continuous improvement and operationalize Business Process Innovation.
- Financial budgeting & execution - PNL accountability of MH's operations
- Develop, mentor and motivate the team spread across locations to achieve higher goals.
- Drive on-the-ground implementation of any new technology/System/Processes for the warehouses in his region.

Qualification
- MBA / B.E with 6+ years of experience
- Operational Knowledge of Logistics/ Couriers/Retail/Manufacturing/FMCG/FMCD industry.
- Exposure to Business Process Re-engineering, Lean/6 Sigma, QMS etc will be added bonus
- Experience working in E-Commerce organization or E-Commerce consulting projects will be a plus
- Problem solving Skills, Good knowledge of Data Analysis tools
